Following completion of this scheme for ButlerWall Homes, the development is maturing nicely. PDL provided planning drawings, marketing GGI visualisations and a Building Regulation for our client. The scheme comprised 45 dwellings (including 18 affordable homes) at the site off Gloucester Road, Tutshill, just outside Chepstow, between the rivers Wye and Severn. Working with an established team including planning consultants, timber frame designers and civil engineers, ButlerWall have produced another high quality and popular development.
