Construction is well advanced on this stunning modern home in Saundersfoot.  The client had a very clear vision from the start, which we have helped make into reality, working very closely with the client and Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Planning Authority, to create an incredible, contemporary family home of their dreams, taking full advantage of one of the most breathtaking sites in Pembrokeshire. Once planning was granted with the help of some of the CGI visualisations, we developed construction drawings so that the client could get on site as soon as possible.  The main structure is largely reinforced concrete, with features such as floor to ceiling windows & large, cantilevered balconies to make the most of the spectacular views and provide shade, and an amazing helical staircase. The concrete is softened by the use of timber and natural stone inside and out. As you can see, progress is looking good and we can’t wait to see the final results when the house is completed later this year.
