Andrew is pleased to announce that No. 10 High Street, Haverfordwest is near completion with scaffolding and road closures being removed at the end of March 2019.  The scheme, along with other projects designed and administrated by PDL, is the final property in the Townscape Heritage Initiative supported by Pembrokeshire County Council.
