Complete renovation of the structure was necessary from replacement roof structure & slating to replacement ground floor windows and doors, electrics and drainage systems. A small extension was required to the rear for utility services. The original Mill workings have been retained & conserved and enclosed behind a glazed screen for viewing from the internal spaces. It is anticipated that the main water wheel will be reintroduced at a later stage. The traditional red paint to windows and doors was also retained – a typical finish to Pembrokeshire Agricultural buildings.
