The brief was to restore the Grade II listed farmhouse back to its original glory & to convert the existing workers cottages, cowsheds, milking parlour and corn store into holiday lets – which were later changed to full time residential use. Working closely with Planners & Conservationists the scheme approved and constructed has created a project of exceptional quality. The client has worked closely with a local family based Contractor and used locally sourced materials where possible such as field stone, timber windows / doors & internal joinery + natural roof slate from Cwrt-y-Bugail North Wales.
