Conversion of former gun tower to tourist information centre and museum with new bridge link to Quay wall and co-ordinating the exhibition to tell the story of the towns long involvement with the 3 armed forces over nearly 200 years. The tower will form the centre piece for the towns recently consented Martello Quays Marina housing and retail regeneration project.
